Executive Director
Shobha Shukla
Shobha serves as the Executive Director, and Managing Editor of Citizen News Service (CNS). She is a J2J Fellow of National Press Foundation (NPF) USA. She received her editing training in NBDC Singapore, has worked earlier with State Planning Institute, UP and has earlier taught physics at India's prestigious Loreto Convent. She has authored and edited several publications on issues such as: childhood TB, childhood pneumonia, Hepatitis C, HIV treatment access issues, MDR-TB, women farmers and land rights, gender justice, among others.

Operations Director
Bobby Ramakant
Bobby manages operations at Solutions division of CNS and writes on health and development for Citizen News Service (CNS). He received the World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General’s WNTD Award in 2008, is a member of ICMR Expert Group on HIV/STIs Biomedical Prevention Options, and National Advisory Committee (ACSM) of Central TB Division, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. He is a Fellow of National Press Foundation US, Advocacy Institute US, Falling Walls 2013 & HIV Vaccine 2012. He has earlier worked with Health and Development Networks (HDN) on various positions (2000-2009). His writings have got acknowledged by awards such as WHO Medal (Greece, 1996), Original Crystal Map Honour (Japan, 1998), Pundit PN Misra Young Literary Writer Award (2000), Rotary International’s Vocational Excellence Award (2006), News Blaze Writers' Achievement Award (2010), among others.

Project Manager
Rahul Kumar Dwivedi
Rahul manages projects at Solutions division of CNS, leads Vote For Health campaign and writes on  health issues for Citizen News Service (CNS). He had co-authored 'Voices from the field on Childhood Pneumonia', 2011 (English, Hindi, Urdu) and 'Hearing the unheard voices: Saving children from TB', 2012 (English). He received CNS Health Fellowship Award on Lung Health (2012) and Scholarship Award of Global Drug Policy Programme, Open Society Institute (OSI). He completed a certificate course on 'The Asian Human Rights and Drug Policy Programme', School of Public Health, Jodhpur National University (2012). He has completed a certificate course on IT and documentation, National Institute of Social Defense, Government of India (2011); has a Masters (Sociology); and a diploma in retail management.
